The apartment itself is big and bright and as others have said, has huge potential. Sadly though, this is my first negative review on Airbnb. In it's current state it sleeps 4. While one of the double beds is great (foam mattress), the other has a broken bedframe and an uncomfortable mattress. The other two single mattresses have seen better days, so if you are here to sleep*, check with the host what has been remedied as sadly, we aren't the first to advise this. *Also to note, one of the bedrooms has only skant 'blinds' and blocks no light. so pack an eye mask, or two! (I hope the host will sort some blackout blinds for this room). The kitchen, while a fabulous modern space, has a table for 4 (no more), although there are 6 chairs, you'd be hard pushed to sit 6 around it. Other gripes: -large kitchen plates don't fit in the dishwasher. - no handbook to let you know what's around or indeed how to work cooker/hob etc or even what is expected of you on checkout. Positive: fab balcony!

A fantastic listing that was perfect for our stay! Sue's property is gorgeous - with it's high ceilings, spacious rooms, abundance of natural light and great location (the views in both directions are fab). We loved staying here for our few days in Plymouth. Was a brilliant space for our family group of 8, plus infant. Thank you, Sue!

Had a great stay. Apartment is huge, there were 5 of us and we had plenty of space. Really well equipped with everything we needed. Walking distance to the town centre. Would highly recommend.
