Completely remodeled, clean 2/2 villa with 40ft dock - bring your boat up to 50ft. Great view of both the canal and causeway from your back yard. Directly across the street are the following amenities: 9-Hole Golf Course Pickleball Tennis Basketball Children’s Playground Horseshoe Bocce Ball Walk to the beach, pool and Tiki bar at the Cabana Club (membership included with the rental). You can either relax and grill on the back patio and/or walk to a local restaurant/bar on the waterfront. Property includes free guest wireless and three 4K TVs, all with YouTube TV (cable), Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube and various apps. All new kitchen appliances. Outside Fish Cleaning station and bait freezer.

What an amazing week. Beautiful area on the water. Nice walk to the pool and beach. Golf across the street was a great plus. Brian is a great host. Highly recommended, and we will be back.

We enjoyed our stay tremendously. It is a perfect location with everything you would need very close. Quiet, safe area and very clean. Will recommend to others for sure!

We had a great time! The house was exactly as pictured!! We absolutely will come stay again and highly recommend. Brian is a great host who is quick to respond and made sure the instructions were understandable and helpful. We even bought some beach towels and left them there for future guests.

A great place to come and relax, it is truly a Hideaway..
