The apartment was ok. Located within walking distance from the beach and restaurants. The king size bed was really comfortable. The rating reflects my interactions with the host - she was not very friendly. I could not find the light switch for the bedroom and after looking, realized it was down the main hallway. That was not well explained. The coffee maker didn’t work, which was a bummer. And my biggest complaint was that there seemed to be a child in the apartment upstairs that ran around, right over my head in the bedroom. When I reached out to Maria about this, I was told there was nothing she could do. It was very disruptive and annoying. I felt like I was bothering Maria when I reached out. The TV didn’t work in the living room, which was not at all well-lit. And the one in the bedroom charged me for watching local news. It’s a fine place to stay, but lacks warmth - it was really cold and there were no rugs on the tile floors, which contributed to the lack of warm

Place is exactly as in pictures. Location is great, 3 min walk from train station to Boston (25 min to Boston). Very spacious and clean. There is laundry, iron, hair dryer and dishwasher. Kitchen is good if you are going to cook there. Parking in the back very helpful. WiFi is good. 3 TVs. Down side is cold in the basement and very noisy heater. Other than that a good place to stay with family with you want a simple but convenient place.
