The room was large and clean, and the apartment is in a great location for tourists. The room matched the pictures. We had a few problems with the key holder. We had originally requested to arrive early to drop our bags off as our flight landed at 9am which was refused. At around 10am on the day, she changed her mind and asked us to arrive early, but the agreed check in time was 1pm and we were on the other side of the city. We struggled to book a taxi as it was Easter weekend so we let her know and she sent 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️ emojis, then said "look, I don't have time for waiting" and made us pick the key up from a shop. On check out day, we were asked what time we are leaving, we said 11am which was the check out time, but when we came out of the bathroom we saw the next guests had arrived and had been shown into our room, this was around 10am. All of our belongings were in the room at the time. There was just a general sense of impatience throughout.
