The photos are very accurate, so we found the apartment to be exactly as we expected it. The bonus was that the building has an elevator - something we hadn’t noticed in the description and weren’t expecting. Gold standard for parties travelling with lots of luggage and move daily with two buggies, like we did. And, like others have said, for it being such a lively neighbourhood, the apartment really is very quiet.

We stayed at Josep's place for 2 month with 1 year baby. Location is great, flat is spacious enough (feels just like in photos of place). Appliance is great, Josep provided baby crib (mid priced IKEA, good one). Building is full of airbnb, so you got friendly neighbours, but sometimes it can be loud (not too much, but may be annoying). All our requests (a few) were resolved in short time. As for surroundings, it loud, but much quieter as you may expect in the heart of the city. Window shutters helps with noise. In total — I recommend that place in all aspects. As we left, we waiting forward to return here!

Apartment is in real city center, close to 2 metro lines, sometimes obviously noisy from the street, but absolutely quiet with closed windows. Indoor is well equipped and nicely furnished in design way. It´s great place for long term stay.

We stayed for two months and truly enjoyed our stay. The apt was modern and comfortable! We had a little hiccup with the warm water but Josep was super responsive and attentive! I recommend this place 100%. The location is great! Right in the Gothic quarter. Lots of natural light with the window doors open. We are happy we chose this place, it had everything we needed and more!
