This house was spacious, cozy and welcoming. Upon entering I was greeted with a personalized welcoming, complimentary treats and chocolates. The house smelled very clean. The bedrooms were on the smaller size but the beds were spacious and comfortable. The master bedroom had a walk in closet that our teens used to make a fort, and much to our surprise the sofa pullout in the tv room was very comfortable! We planned to grill and finding it clean and ready to use was just perfect! I wish we could have stayed a day longer and the weather a bit nicer to take advantage of the fun toys in the garage. Thank you again for the Kozy home! I would definitely look at the availability to stay again.

This house was so beautiful and felt like the perfect home away from home. It had everything we needed and was such a wonderful experience and the perfect place to stay for our mini vacation. I would book this place every time we are down in oceanside. My family and I felt very comfortable and will truly remember our stay.

Highly recommended! This is a big house, well organized and well designed. The kitchen had anything we can imagine, the bedrooms had the nicest sheets and most comfortable pillows, the bathrooms were comfortable and clean. The backyard was beautiful and nice. Also, we had everything we needed for our toddler and the older kids, lots of toys and games and kids' kitchenware. The host was super responsive and we received a very detailed house guide with everything we needed to know about the place. The location is super quite and 20 minutes from Legoland and about 40 minutes from San Diego.
