There is an expansive deck accessible from this floor which wraps around three sides of the house. The only side that doesn't have a deck is the front of the house, which has it's own private porch. The third story features an open loft space with two twin beds, a queen bedroom, and a full sized bathroom. This floor also has a private balcony which affords some of the best views on the property. The outside of the house features a hot tub, a ping pong table for seasonal use, a bbq, as well as various games and outdoor toys available for seasonal use.
