Wendy was very helpful and responded in record speed to anything we asked. She had put the heating on for when we arrived and also added some games and DVDs which were really thoughtful touches . The caravan would deffo benefit from a bit more lighting on the outside as it was very dark. The location is very dark/quiet and remote, not ideal if you forget anything as not easy to ‘pop’ to the shops but I have to say it was perfect for us as we barely left the caravan and it was so quiet/calm and tranquil, we loved waking up to views of fields and alpacas. We got to feed the alpacas before we left which my girls loved. The caravan was lovely and clean and cosy, sofas and beds were very comfy, we had nice fluffy towels and ample toiletries were supplied. Can’t wait to return 🥰

Came for my birthday with my partner and 2 kids lucky it was hot for October the alpacas chicken and goats was lovely to watch could watch them All day the caravan was clean beds comfy and has everything u need we enjoyed the bbq and watching the sunset and loved the pool …. Wendy and Gareth were very welcoming and communicated well and gave us fresh towels everyday and a bottle of Prosecco on arrivals Was the perfect birthday and I really enjoyed and felt at peace being at hockey meadows (Ps I’m sorry I forgot the cake and some other bits from the fridge help yourself to it it’s good cake ) We will see u again soon x The schooling’s x

What a beautiful place, tranquil and peaceful. Wendy was amazing from the point of booking, during our stay and through to check out. A beautiful tranquil, relaxing spot with everything we needed and more. Every detail is covered. Alpacas outside were beautiful to sit and watch whilst the sun set. Would definitely stay again. Thank you Wendy for everything 😊

This was our first trip away with our 5 year old grandson and it exceeded our expectations. The accommodation was perfect for us ( two bathrooms was a real bonus). We loved the private use of the pool, excellent size for a 5 year old to practice swimming and have great fun. He also loved seeing the alpacas and chickens and Wendy was kind enough to let him feed the alpacas and answer his endless questions. He was also delighted to take home some eggs from the chickens! The location is very quiet, very rural, we made our own entertainment which suited us perfectly. This is the ideal property and location for a real away from it all break. As others have said it’s best to bring your own provisions so you’re not driving unnecessarily to stock up. Bonus for us was the excellent WiFi as because my husband is self employed we couldn’t go completely off grid.😀
