Overall, this was a great stay. I spent most of a summer here, and I became good friends with my housemates here. I just want to add some clarity about exactly what to expect. The house has three units. This unit and one other are private bedrooms on the ground floor and share a bathroom. A well-appointed kitchen and living room are also on this floor. The third unit is the entire upstairs, and has its own bathroom along with a bit more space. The walls and floors are paper thin, so any talking or louder media can easily be heard across the house, so a good relationship with your fellow guests will be critical. The only thing that prevents me from giving five stars is that the unit doors are ALL KEYED ALIKE, meaning your key will open any unit and theirs will open yours. I had already established trust with my housemates when I discovered this, but the same may not be the case for you. I hope this will be fixed very soon because I like this Airbnb, so please ask Kristina if curious.

This is my 2nd time staying here. Home was quite, clean and comfy. Had everything I needed, the desk in the room and coffee were super nice too. If I'm in the area and am looking for an airbnb, I'll stay here a 3rd time. Thank You again Kristina

Kristina was a wonderful host. Her place was very clean, quite, comfy, relaxing and stayed in a large bedroom. Very responsive and check in was easy. Had all the amenities that I needed and unexpected ones like coffee. It was a nice perk having a desk and desk lamp in the bedroom! Thank You!
