You’ll be able to relax and unwind at our cottage in Unicoi, TN. 3/10ths of a mile from Pinnacle Mountain Fire Tower Trail and playground. 10 minutes from Johnson City Sleeps 4. Comfy Queen bed in private bedroom. Queen sleeper sofa in living area. Great outdoor space with lit fire pit area. Coffee bar Starter toiletries Outdoor seating Charcoal grill A/C Fully stocked kitchen Roku smart TV x2 Covered front and back porches WiFi Smart lock front door 1 bedroom, 1 bath, open kitchen, dining, living area. Nice Queen mattress with cooling technology. Located on a private road close to hiking trail. Well-packed gravel driveway that is lit at night. Deer, wild turkeys, and even a bear have been sighted near the property so be mindful of your surroundings. For longer stays, package deliveries from UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc can be made however USPS does not deliver to the cottage address. Exterior cameras are on the property at the front and rear doors. Smart lock for easy check-in.

This was our second time staying here! Caitlen is so accommodating & the place is just absolutely perfect for a beautiful weekend escape. I fall in love with Unicoi every time I come back! Maple Grove is the best place only a mile away for breakfast lunch & dinner! Johnson City is only a couple exits up with lots to do! We went back to the Appalachian Caverns for the second time as well! The tours of the Caverns are amazing & you see & learn so much! After a long day of exploring it was nice to come back no a nice peaceful place with a ton of amenities! We’re grateful for some amazing hosts!
perfect mountain getaway! super easy to find the house but also felt very private and secluded, couldn't ask for more and only 10-15 minutes to downtown Johnson City to enjoy great food and amenities! Also the house was very very clean and tidy with everything we needed! Would highly recommend this house and host
