Belle Harbor is a beautiful and peaceful community. We made some great family memories in Kit & Gary’s condo. If you’re not familiar with Clearwater Beach, this is the best possible place to stay. Beach is right across the street, plus you always have the option of a beautiful and massive pool. The balcony is beautiful and peaceful as well. We visited with family ages 5 thru 70s and everyone had a wonderful time. Highly recommended for your family vacation!

Man, where do I start?! I could spend a whole day telling you about our fantastic stay at Bellissima, but instead of that please just go and experience it for yourself! First off, the place. Kit and Gary’s unit is in Belle Harbor, a gated condominium community situated in arguably the best spot at Clearwater Beach. Check-in was simple, thanks both to the wonderful and friendly guard staff and the excellent directions and instructions for key fobs, elevators, etc. provided by our equally amazing hosts. Then, once you’re inside the unit, it just feels like a place where you want to be. The decorations, furnishings, and layout are top-notch. Kit and Gary have done a terrific job of making the place feel like your second home. It is impossible to find an uncomfortable spot in this place and I often found myself switching up my locations many times a day simply because I found everywhere so enjoyable. There is a large wrap-around balcony that provides a great 180-degree view that starts at—and covers basically all of—the intercoastal waterways before wrapping around to the community itself and extending out due west to the ocean, so you really get to see just about everything. The sun always seems to be shining and you can see the picturesque nighttime lights reflecting off the water while lying in the master bed. Nothing was missed, either, in making sure that all of life’s conveniences were readily available, including a Keurig coffee maker and anything you would ever need to prepare any sort of cuisine. Also included with the full linens and towels (nice ones) you’d expect is an array of beach towels and beach chairs for the quick walk across the street into the sand, where you’ll also find Frenchy’s Rockaway Grill, beach volleyball, and beach parking if you’re taking a lot out with you for a full day of fun. Now, let’s talk about our hosts. Kit and Gary really made our stay. They consistently made sure that we had absolutely everything we wanted or could need. We just so happened to have been staying when Hurricane Ian was projected to make landfall in the Tampa/Clearwater Beach area, and we always felt updated, safe, and in the loop with communications from them and the condo association as the situation developed. Kit and Gary also managed to pull this off seamlessly while traveling out of the country at the time, which in itself tells you about all you need to know. But I would also add that I believe they’re truly just great people. The waterside pool, jacuzzi, and clubhouse were sadly scheduled for remodeling during our time there—and from what I could tell it will look great when it’s all finished—but Kit and Gary went out of their way to make sure that we were aware of it and okay with it. They took the time to prepare an informative and thoughtful welcome manual and left a guest book, which is a really nice touch. We will definitely return in the future and the only thing I will do differently next time around is……stay longer!
