Citrus Grove Villa is a stone-built two-bedroom villa set in a countryside complex of 7 villas with a shared pool. The mountain and sea views are breathtaking, and the quiet & peaceful location is perfect for a relaxing holiday. The villa has two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. The living area has a double sofa bed. There is a fully equipped kitchen & private outdoor patios with BBQ. The authentic Greek village of Salakos is only a short distance away, with tavernas, cafes and grocery shops Citrus Grove Sunset & Seaview Villa Salakos is a two-bedroom villa, which is part of the Salagro Villas complex just outside the village of Salakos on the west coast of Rhodes. The complex comprises three lovely two-bedroom villas, (including Citrus Grove Sunset & Seaview Villa) sleeping up to six people, with private courtyards and a shared pool. And four one-bedroom open-plan villas, each with a private pool, sleeping up to four people.. The mountain and sea views are breathtaking, and the quiet and peaceful location is perfect for a relaxing holiday. The two-bedroom villas have two double bedrooms on the first floor with balconies and stunning views. There are two bathrooms. The living area has a double sofa bed, there is a fully equipped kitchen and private outdoor patio with BBQ. The one-bedroom villas havve a lovely rustic open plan design with a semi-closed bedroom area, a living area with a day bed that can be made into a double bed and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a patio, BBQ & private pool. The authentic Greek village of Salakos is only a short distance away, with tavernas, cafes and grocery shops. The Salagro Villas are only fifteen minutes by car to beaches, and Ancient Kamaros, and 19kms from Diagoras International Airport. Ich war zum zweiten Mal dort, weil es mir im letzten Jahr schon so gut gefallen hat. Schönes Haus, wunderbare Anlage, ruhig in den Bergen gelegen. Das Dorf Salakos ist nicht weit entfernt, die Restaurants dort am Dorfplatz haben uns immer angezogen. Strände sind mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Insgesamt ein Ort zum entspannen und erholen! Lediglich ein Kritikpunkt: die Küche ist etwas schwach ausgestattet. Es gab nicht einmal einen Flaschenöffner. Auf Anfrage haben wir noch kleine Löffel und Salz/Pfeffer bekommen - das wiederum war schnell erledigt dank der guten Betreuung. Trotzdem: eine unbedingte Empfehlung!
The perfect villa with calm and beautiful surroundings. You could see the stars from the terass at night and take a evening swim in the pool. Very quiet area and almost no noise at evenings and nights. It was wery nice with the outside grill for barbecue and I also loved the balcony from the bedroom.
Where we stayed was a beautiful villa part of a complex of 3, 2 bedrooms plus lounge, villas; plus on the side some individual bungalows with their own small swimming pools. The main villas of the complex share a big, well equipped swimming pool. Getting there is a 10 minutes drive from Salakos the nearest village... it's a dirt road but after a while you get used to the bumpy road leading to the villas. The complex is quite isolated which will suit anyone who wants some peace and quiet and the pool makes up for not being a seafront accommodation. The villa was great, clean on arrival and fitted with mosquitoes nets on each windows and external doors. It is also fitted with aircon. The house has a modern layout. However the kitchenware needs updating, there's no microwave. The light for the cooker is not working. We had to evacuate due to bushfires, communication was difficult (not knowing what to do, waiting by the sea) but eventually all was resolved. Great holiday overall!!!

Rhodes less touristy west coast is rich with the natural countryside, olive groves, vineyards and farming land and boasts many natural springs, walking trails and popular cycling routes.
The village of Salakos has an attractive and vibrant paved square surrounded by tavernas, cafes and shops, where locals and visitors gather together under the great plane tree on warm summer evenings to enjoy friendly company and delicious traditional Greek food.
The nearest beaches are only fifteen minutes away by car, and the archaeological site of Ancient Kamaros is only 7kms away. From nearby Kalavardo to Theologis, popular Kite Surf Stations attract international enthusiasts.
Salakos is central to many of Rhodes fantastic attractions, fascinating mountain villages, the wine trail of Rhodes and is only a forty-minute drive to the more touristy beaches of the East Coast.
Diagoras International Airport is only 19kms away.
Due to its countryside location, it is highly recommended that guests hire a car for their Citrus Villa holiday. There is ample parking around the villa.
