Great value for money, prime location. Rosalyn is a great host left good instructions and recommendations. very clean for a dog friendly and extra comfy beds for a caravan, 1 firm mattress and 1 soft and squishy one so everyone was happy. Would stay again

This caravan is in need of some tlc and a make over. I cut my stay short by one night as i refused to eat in the caravan. It smelt, there was human and pet hair everywhere, every corner was dirty. It was cluttered, the shower was broken, the shower matt was filthy. Going to a caravan where pets are allowed i always make exceptions but this was another level of unacceptable especially for the price paid.

I stayed here with my Partner and our threw dogs! we were very well looked after. location was perfect for taking the dogs on walks and the caravan was just perfect for us. Ros has even left some treats for the dogs and local activities that they could participate in. We are extremely happy with everything and would very much like to come back next year!

Great location and a lovely little caravan with real character. it was lovely to find all we needed on our first day tea, coffee milk and a lot of other basic bits like washing up liquid.The shops arcades and beach are a walk away. highly recommend!
