The host was quick in responding to questions, however we cannot recommend staying in this caravan. We had a couple of issues with the oven and fire alarm not working which were sorted out promptly. The caravan is in need modernisation. None of this would have been a problem, but unfortunately the crockery and bedding in the caravan wasn't clean. We washed up the crockery but weren't comfortable sleeping on dirty sheets/mattress protectors/duvet covers so we decided to go home , let the owner know and they refunded us.

Great value and lovely caravan which was perfect for our family. All as described, an Tracey was an excellent host. Would happily recommend.

Second visit in as many months, can not speak highly enough , absolute banging caravan in a proper location for quietness , 10 mins walk into leysdown has everything you need . Proper loved it , and really can not wait to get there again . Thats 1 hell of a diamond in the ruff . Many thanks tracey my family love it 😍

Lovely caravan, clean and comfortable. Having the club house on site was a little bonus for us. We stayed one night and would have happily stayed longer. Excellent communication from the host to ensure we had a stress free stay. Thank you

Absolute diamond of a place , could not fault nothing at all , location was spot on . Lovely walk to near by amusement park wich was brilliant for my young girls , stunning views and will be definitely coming back. Tracey went well beyond what was expected for me and I greatly appreciated it . Absolute over the moon 🌙
