The carriage house was absolutely adorable. It looks just like the pictures. Extremely clean, cozy and the perfect place to have a peaceful getaway. It was really neat to have the horses right next to us. Loved the visits from Lucy and Ollie. Karen was so sweet and left us farm fresh eggs on our doorstep in the morning. Would definitely return!

Greg and Karen’s carriage house offered us a beautiful view of Vermont during the total solar eclipse. A perfect private getaway not too far from Burlington.

We had a pleasant stay at Greg & Karen’s place. Very quiet and peaceful. Dogs are also very welcoming and friendly! Our kids loved the place and the horses

I returned to this beautiful place with my granddaughter and pup and enjoyed the welcome by the very sweet dogs. We loved watching the horses. It was easy to feel welcomed and at home here. Greg and Karen responded immediately to questions and are friendly and helpful hosts. Our stay coincided with a major March all day nor'easter snow storm but the driveway was plowed and sanded and my AWD and snow tires made travel up and down the driveway very easy. Greg and Karen had the driveway plowed and sanded at night so that my morning departure was a breeze. I greatly appreciated this! I look forward to a return stay soon.
