Amazing place and wonderful host

We had a lovely stay at Veronica’s home. Her cottage is next to her main house - and the backyard is just beautiful. It was lovely to sit by the stream and have a drink. The location is great too - right near the town of Phoenicia and close to Woodstock which has a bunch of great restaurants and shops. Veronica was so helpful and responsive. Perfect for a quiet, peaceful getaway in the Catskills!

It's a beautiful place that makes you feel right at home! Veronica was such an AMAZING host, extremely friendly and very responsive, and answered all of my questions. If you’re all about scenery, mountains, and rivers, this is the place for you! The only downside is that the whole town/area has no cell service; other than that, I have nothing but great things to say about this house.

We just got home from our week long stay and we loved every minute of it! The house was spotless, yard impeccable and Veronica was amazing! You cannot help but feel at peace with the sound of the water and the tranquility of the place. We will be back next year!
