Clay and Victoria's place struck us as odd when we initially pulled into the driveway having to drive in at 5mph and being super cautious. After checking into the place and adjusting to the place, we found it to be very charming and most importantly very clean. We checked all through out, well dusted and no pests. The linens were very comfortable and clean. Water pressure was good and there was an abundance of hot water. Our favorite piece in this place was the wood stove (well maintained!!). Kids enjoyed the creek and the sunroom!

We were very excited to be spending time at this cottage, the pictures looked amazing and we couldn’t wait to go skiing. But at first we couldn’t find the house, we didn’t know it was down a dirt road at the end of the street. Very muddy in the winter time. When we entered the house we realized it was a trailer with add ons to the house, which were fine, the house looked cozy enough. Our weekend took a turn for the worse when we realized there were like 4 different thermostats which no one knew which thermostat was for what room. We went with two toddlers and a 8 month old which was not a good idea. The amount of uneven rooms was very upsetting. We couldn’t let our 8 month old crawl around. The floors were also very dirty. My toddlers feet were black from the floors and the laminates were coming apart with gaps all over the floor. The drafts were also very concerning as my little kids were in cribs and they were very cold to the touch. We did enjoy the living room, cobwebs and all

It was very nice! Just as described. The yard was nice and big! We stayed in the winter and very close to Bellayre and Phoenicia. The place seems great for the summer with the river in the back, too. Thanks for a great stay!

Very peaceful, beautiful spot for a ski or Fall weekend getaway -clean, super comfortable and well equipped, convenient to all - and super responsive and helpful hosts. A winner!
