Overall the place is as I expected. Very clean, comfy bed, AC, hot shower, nice pool. The service was great - very responsive via Airbnb and others. The location is also really good. Not too far from the Split and the busier area but far enough that it’s quiet at night. Also Salty’s right across the road has a great pier and lots of activities including live music a couple times a week. Also super close to both water taxi’s but Caribbean Sprinter is the closest. Literally turn left off the water taxi dock and look for the first pool - maybe 150 steps. Reception was hard to find - it’s in the courtyard way at the back.

This was our 3rd trip to Caye Caulker and we've stayed here all 3 times in 3 different condos. The location is perfect. This was smallest of the 3 we've stayed in, but it was clean and comfortable. I didn't pay attention before I booked it and didn't notice that there was no tv, but not a big deal for us. AC worked well and the price was great. The staff on location are very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend it!

We only had one night here, but the location was lovely. The space was nice, but the locks were a bit weird. It was really cheap to stay, so you kind of get what you pay for, but we enjoyed the place. The pool was a nice touch and we enjoyed hanging out on the dock too! Didn't make it to the restaurant, but it looked tasty! They also had bag storage for us which was super helpful!
