Erin’s airbnb was one of the top we’ve ever stayed at - it was AMAZING! There was plenty of space for our group, and every inch was spotless when we arrived. It’s so quiet and peaceful, and the view cannot be beat. Being so close to the beach and able to watch the waves from the house was gorgeous. I hope to be back!

we had a great time celebrating my babys 2nd birthday at Erin's house! was such an amazing location! amazing views and so private. literally steps away from the beach, which is great if you bring the kids! feels like the location is right between santa cruz and monterey. so perfect location if you plan on doing stuff in both places! only complaint is the water pressure down stair is not great. we all ended up showering upstairs in the bathroom with normal water pressure. wasn't problematic for us but might be if you have a LARGE group of people. we would definitely stay here again!

Very comfortable house with incredible views. Being in a gated community it felt very safe and quiet . Slept great on the beds and loved hearing the ocean from the bedroom sliding doors. Would definately return .
