We enjoyed our stay very much. The room was in a great part of town. Rural area surrounded by trees and a peaceful atmosphere. As soon as we walked into the room we were greeted by a clean, lovely smell. The room was spotless, cozy and felt just like home. The hosts thought of everything! This was my first time staying at an airb&b and I hope the rest of my experiences are just like this one. 10/10
I had the best stay! Everything was perfect and will definitely be back when visiting my daughter at TX State.

The place was amazing, the tempur pedic bed put me to sleep fast, the shared outside space was awesome, the deicated parking spots were a great idea. The shower was clean and spot less. The whole room was great definitely will be staying again when at San Marcos.
Adam and Amy are great hosts with a wonderful place. It’s bright, clean, airy and comfortable. It’s tastefully decorated and extremely clean. No detail was overlooked. It’s quiet and peaceful. The furniture is comfortable and the courtyard is nice. I was able to sit out and enjoy my morning tea and enjoy the surroundings. My family will definitely stay here again and rent both spaces. We hope that this will be our home away from home for the next 4 years while our daughter is in college near their place.

Adam and Amy Lane are both Austin area transplants. Adam spent most of his life in New Orleans (Geaux Saints!), while Amy spent most of her life in New Hampshire ( Go Patriots!). Although they are from two different ends of the country, in 2010, they met and fell in love in the Austin area. Both love the outdoors, floating the river, taking a boat on the Lake, antiquing, and many other adventures the area brings. We would welcome the opportunity to host your next visit!
