The apartment itself was really great. it was perfect for my stay in Charlotte. The cleaning crew called out so Luisanna wanted to me cancel our reservation, offering some of my money back. I said no, so then she had someone new come clean the apartment. It really wasn't clean. The trash had not been emptied, nothing was wiped or swept, there was no toilet paper. I cleaned it up enough to spend the night because I was tired and needed a place to stay. I let her know and Luisanna apologized. She was very responsive and I'm assuming that if her normal cleaning crew had been available it would have been fine.

This stay was great ,very clean , peaceful and a great location. The tub is huge and love that they have a garage .Would definitely stay again !

The stay at Luisanna’s place was beautiful, welcoming and cozy! Communication was amazing, the place was spacious, quiet, clean.

Good location for a quick Charlotte overnight. Clean and well decorated. Some of the other reviews overhype the tub - it is a very nice space but not as luxurious as they may have lead others to believe. Great stay!
