Superb stay at Benjamin’s place! The rooms and beds were very comfortable, kitchen was well-equipped, and living areas were cozy. We appreciate the small details that made the stay more comfortable, such as speakers, books, games, nice toiletries and plenty of towels and linens for our use. The well stocked pantry has everything you need for preparing meals too. Benjamin was a very responsive host as well, always answering our messages promptly. Thank you Benjamin for making our stay a thoroughly enjoyable one!

We had a fabulous time staying at Ben’s home with our two daughters and their grandparents. The house was clean, thoughtfully furnished and everyone had plenty space to relax and enjoy family time. The outdoor space was a dream come true for our kids to run around. Highly recommended we will definitely return again.

My family (my partner and I and two kids, ages 15 and 11) used Benjamin's place as a recent escape from the city over spring break. Though this was not the plan when we booked the property we were also freshly grieving my beloved mom, who we had hoped would join us. Benjamin's place provided the most peaceful respite during a difficult time. It was immaculately clean for a pet-friendly home (something we are very picky about as a family with allergies). We loved the separate living spaces and so did our teen and preteen. We were surprised and delighted by all the thoughtful touches, from board games to classic records, device chargers, furniture throws just for your dog, and an extremely well-appointed kitchen. We've stayed in many places in the area, and Benjamin's home really stood out! The location was just perfect. Tucked away and private, yet just minutes from all our family favorites (Mill&Main, Accord Market, Arrowood Brewery, Sleeping Giant). We'll be back!

We had an amazing time at Benjamin’s place! We’ve stayed in a lot of airbnbs, and we all agreed that this was one of the best ever. We were two couples, plus a baby and two dogs, and we all had plenty of room and could have easily fit another couple. The house has everything you need, like games, record player, Sonos, smart TV, strong WiFi, charging stations, cooking utensils, fire pit, dog bowls, Christmas tree (!) - he even left a bowl of snacks/treats for us! We also loved the area - highly recommend a short hike to Awosting falls followed by drinks/food at Arrowood Farms. We’d love to come back!
