We had a brilliant stay at Deborah's cottage seeing in the New Year. The place is larger than it appears in the photos, and had everything we needed, from towels and toiletries, to cooking equipment. The location is lovely and private with a few walking paths just outside the front door. Deborah was extremely friendly and quick to respond to messages before and during our visit. We would happily stay there again and would recommend to others, though only for groups with access to a car - due to the very remote location, it would be difficult to get to if you will be relying on public transport!

We had a lovely stay, the home was larger than we had expected, and very private. It’s nice to go for strolls through the woodland which begin just a minutes walk from the door, we also saw some badges & heard lots of birds.

A gorgeous cottage in very spacious grounds. It's so quiet & peaceful you can really enjoy the birds! Deborah is a wonderful host, so accommodating.

Deborah's cottage was everything we had hoped for, a complete escape. It sits right on the edge of Denge Wood, a kilometer and a half from the closest collection of houses (at Petham). There is direct access in to the top of the wood. We visited at the height of summer, and explored the woods and surrounding roads and almost never encountered another soul (one cyclist at Garlinge Green was the sum total). The house itself was even larger than we expected, with lots of areas to be together as a family, and then also space to have some quiet when needed. It was kitted out with all of the ammenities we needed (we never tried the dishwasher or dryer). I have no concerns recommending Deborah's beautiful cottage.
