We had a wonderful time. The host was always quick to respond, the metro is just outside the door and there was plenty of things to see and do within walking distance. Highly recommended!

Bruit de la tuyauterie très surprenant, l'appartement est humide donc attention aux asthmatiques ! Sinon appartement très bien situé dans un quartier arabe sympa avec un franprix, un tabac et un McDo juste à côté, le cimetière Pere Lachaise est à une station.

Wir waren vier Nächte bei Anaïs und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet und erstaunlich ruhig. Es waren auch ausreichend Utensilien zum kochen da und Anaïs Beschreibungen waren sehr genau. Wir haben uns auch, wie andere Gäste etwas gewundert, dass man eine zusätzliche Reinigungsgebühr zahlen und trotzdem einiges vor seiner Abreise aufräumen sollte, aber da wir vorher davon wussten und die Unterkunft wirklich schön sauber war, war das für uns in Ordnung. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Clean, comfortable apartment within easy access of the city centre, takes around 30 mins to walk to Le Marais. Anaïs was friendly and helpful, gave clear check-in and check-out instructions and the apartment itself was ideal for a short stay in Paris.

A wonderful place to stay in Paris, right outside the metro station and with the perfect host. Anais' instructions were as clear as possible, the apartment is perfectly clean and looks really nice. Overall great deal, I would gladly stay there again. The only thing I am not sure about is why we had to leave the cleaning fee but also put the linens in the washing machine, wash the dishes and put out the garbage. But still worth it!
