Nice apartment close to EU institution, with all basic amenities. Excellent for a working trip for a single person. As advertised, there are steep steps to enter the apartment. It would be very difficult to access with a larger suitcase. John responds immediately, and all instructions are very clear. Will come again when in Brussels. Thank you.

Very convenient apartment, clean and well equipped, close to transport and other amenities. Easy walking distance to the European quarter. Good communication with John. Only (temporary) inconvenience is that while the lift is out of action, access is via a narrow spiral staircase which would be an issue for people with bulky luggage or mobility issues.

Rien que du positif, accueil parfait, logement très pratique, propre, décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Les transports en commun à proximité ainsi que le centre ville à quelques minutes à pied sont très précieux. Il faut juste intégrer qu'il s'agit d'un 4ème étage avec un ascenseur en panne et que l'escalier en colimaçon est étroit.
