This is an oceanfront, corner unit condo on the 3rd floor (accessible by elevator) of Carolina Shores II Condominium located in the Garden City Beach/Murrells Inlet, SC area. The one-bedroom condo is fully furnished with one queen bed, two nightstands, and a 32" smart television in the bedroom. The bedroom also offers closet space with overhead and end shelving for storage. The living room, with its ocean views, may be the most relaxing area of the unit. This space features a queen-sized sleeper sofa, matching coffee table with two end tables, a 43" smart television with basic cable, complimentary WIFI, and direct oceanfront balcony access,. Also located in the living area, guests will find two narrow twin bunk beds. The narrow twin bunk beds will comfortably sleep one guest in each, ultimately allowing this unit to accommodate a total of six guests. In addition to the beautiful living space, this condo has its own private oceanfront balcony with table and chairs from which past guests have enjoyed spotting dolphins and watching beautiful sunrises and sunsets! The bathroom features the necessities, mirror and vanity, hair dryer, toilet, and a bathtub/shower combo with a dual wall shower/handheld shower head. The kitchen features a full size stainless steel refrigerator, microwave, stove, dishwasher, and kitchen sink. The kitchen is fully stocked with basic cookware, utensils, plates, bowls, cups, and glasses - everything you need to cook a small meal! A coffee maker is also provided so you can enjoy your favorite brew while you watch the sunrise. Stool seating at the island and bar are available. For guests who prefer to dine out, Garden City and Murrells Inlet have hundreds of incredible dining options within a short drive or by foot. Of course, many restaurants offer delivery as well. Clean bedding and linens, bath towels, washcloths, hand towels, dish cloths, and dish towels are provided. We also provide starter amenities, including two rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, one sponge, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and dish soap for each reservation. The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and bedding.
