While the property needed a further cleanup upon our arrival, their agent asked me for a list of the work that needed to be done and a list of items required to make our stay better and two days later they came over and did a thorough cleaning and supplied more than enough missing items. We were there 5 weeks and had a wonderful stay.

Sim's place is beautiful and you could spend the whole day just sitting outside by the pool or playing billards inside. The communication was nice and check-in super easy. Would recommend the place anytime!

Sim was able to comedy us out of the very last minute check-in. The house was stunning. As you out the back was also more amazing than I could describe. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to stay somewhere unforgettable.

We loved our stay at Sim’s house. The space was so comfortable and perfect for our whole group. The pool was amazing. Loved the hot tub too. We spent a lot of our days hanging out there and enjoying the sun and the view. We also had some really fun times around the pool table. Sim was very responsive for the very small questions that came up. All in all it was an amazing set up and fun time away. Thank you!!

My family of 5 had a magnificent time staying here. From trying to get the kids out of the warm pool ( I didnt try too hard, the view from the deck is hard to leave (-: ) to the unique and comfortable interior there was absolutely nothing more we could ask for ! Cozy and romantic with every amenity a family could want. Thank you Sim for the wonderful opportunity to share your home.
