The property was so rustic and beautiful. The stay was also very nice. The hosts and caretakers were very helpful as well.

We had a wonderful stay with our 2 dogs in the villa: Satish (the caretaker) and his family were very welcoming and helped us with anything that was needed: from picking up our dinners from the local restaurant to getting us fruit and yoghurt for breakfast. the villa is nice and secluded and has indeed the caribean feel. the badmintoncourt was a nice bonus. hope to stay there again.

The worst stay ever.. we zeroed down on this property after intense discussion n research and only chose it as the kids wanted a pool… the pictures are very deceptive(although mentioned by the host, but is way different from what is being shown) Cons: We called the caretaker before leaving mumbai and informed we would arrive post check in time, but he was still cleaning and mopping after we arrived. The swimming pool was extremely murky n could not be used… the guy said he will Clean it n he removed some dry leaves etc … still not usable… he said that someone from Ekostays is coming from Alibaug ( 33 kms away) with the chemical to clean the pool…at about 5.30 pm the guy from Ekostays comes with it and says he is adding the chemical now n it can be used in 2.5 hours… however that was a total waste n the next morning too the pool was in the same state… very disappointing since we couldn’t use it at all tho right r stay. There was some construction work going on in the next property and there were labourers parading around the property which was very uncomfortable, especially since we were 3 women n a teenage girl in our group. The surrounding area around the house and in the garden was littered with paper, dirty socks, bottles, heaps of dry leaves and other Kachra A beautiful river right next to the property could not be accessed.. Pros: The only thing good was the caretaker who was very kind n was trying really hard to make us feel comfortable.. Zomato delivery available. The villa though clean , had nothing to boast about, especially for the amount we paid. Totally over priced property… would not recommend…
