Debra and Jason's place was amazing! Once you get there you feel like you're in your own little slice of the woods with nobody around. You can constantly hear the creek, which is idyllic from the back porch. We waded around in the creek all day, and we wished we had booked a longer trip.

This cabin is nestled in the trees with a creek trickling around three sides. It is the ideal location for a purely relaxing, unplugged getaway. The rustic fishing cabin decor, idyllic setting and full amenities are perfect. The property matches the description in the listing with no surprises at the cabin. Our group's highlights included the cozy heater in the living room, the fire pit down by the creek (one of two firepits), the extra camping chairs in the garage, the board games in the living room and the well-stocked kitchen with many essential items. The location of this cabin is great - don't miss out on the opportunity to stop by and pick up some Wagyu steaks or enjoy pizza/beer/live music at the Happy Valley Filling Station. While we didn't catch any fish (despite many hours of trying), the creek was so peaceful. Great location, great cabin and very helpful and responsive hosts. Would definitely stay here again!

This slice of paradise in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains was amazing! A quiet, peaceful getaway just like we wanted. We explored the riverbank, built fires, roasted marshmallows, played games, and relaxed all weekend long. Debra’s detailed instructions and recommendations were very helpful. The cabin was top notch, with everything we needed at our fingertips. We will be repeat renters for sure.
