Overall the location was amazing and walkable to restaurants ~1 mile over the bridge from the beach. The place itself was very clean, but couch is worn. Outside photos need to be updated as we had 2 big dogs with us during our stay and there was no black privacy fence blocking the dock to the intracoastal. Called the property manager upon arrival (Sat) and said they would look into getting one on Monday with the supplier, but no one got back in contact with us the rest of our stay. The kitchen was large and beautiful, but wall outlets were not working, right stove didn’t work, fridge doors were broken, ice machine didn’t work. Outside photos of 5 lounge chairs appeared in listing but only had 3 with 1 having a large whole in it. The pool was beautiful and pool guy comes twice a week to clean it. The grass was overgrown and needed to be cut. Overall it was a beautiful home and excellent location, but there are a few things that need maintenance.

Loved staying here! Location was perfect. We would walk into town (about a mile) and go to the beach in the morning. I would definitely stay here again!
