We have traveled extensively, lived on waterfront in the Pacific Northwest, yet never stayed in as spacious a home in as special a location as this gem. The big house appears at the very end of a serene drive. One step inside the house and wow - floor to ceiling windows, sliding doors out to a wraparound deck, a hot tub with the MOST amazing view, huge bedrooms, bathrooms and a sparking clean and well stocked big kitchen. The house, bedrooms and game room are all fantastic, but the best treasure for us is the location. The house sits within feet of the North Bay Natural Area Preserve. Within minutes of being on the deck, we saw Mount Rainier, the Olympics and were treated to rare shorebirds nestled in the marsh. We sat on the deck or in the window seat with binoculars and the Merlin app to ID birds, or drove a few minutes to walk ocean beaches or the North Jetty and get salt water taffy from the Cloud Nine to eat while playing board games and foosball at night. So. WONDERFUL!

Beautiful home and surroundings that's secluded but so close to the city's amenities. Host was wonderful. A real hidden gem.
