Location was great. If I had questions they responded within minutes, not days. Beds were comfortable. The heated pool and spa were the highlight of the stay for us. Clean and very easy to operate after instructions from Grigory.

We loved our stay here! Typically we stay at condos right on the beach but we wanted something different this time. We loved the quiet neighborhood, and the kids especially loved having the heated pool all to themselves! Walkability to Publix and a few shops and restaurants was great. We also walked to Jiggs Landing several times and really enjoyed that as well. The house itself was very clean and well taken care of. Communication was also very responsive and clear instructions given for the pool, etc. We had no major issues or concerns and it was great for our family!

Great place, peaceful, private and right on the golf course. Comfortable beds, gorgeous bathrooms and kitchen, garage parking, beach umbrellas and chairs as well as coolers. Nice pool and spa with outside TV and kitchen. Convenient location Publix is within walking distance. Aldi and Walmart a short drive and a multitude of great restaurants-don't miss The Breakfast Company-order the "Florida French Toast", you won't be disappointed and you won't need lunch. Beaches and Anna Marie Island are a 25 minute drive but well worth it! Coquina beach is our favorite, beautiful beach with bathrooms, changing huts and free parking. The golf course was closed for maintenance for our entire trip so there wasn't any free entertainment!! HAHA! Tara Golf Club website stated it would be closed for the entire month of October 2023.

Localisation excellente, environnement top. La maison est spacieuse et très bien équipée. Piscine et maison très bien entretenues. Service excellent également, toujours à l'écoute et très réactif. Un grand merci à Grigory et Liliia pour ce séjour !
