I would like to say I enjoyed this stay but I didn’t. There were no extra blankets, no place to hang your clothes, and there was a distinct animal odor. The door that you go through to get into the place was not sealed so bugs were coming in and out of the place. It feels like a lot of things need to be updated and be prepared because the beds hurt.

Hard to locate entrance to apartment/home .. wad the last in a row of 3 and no parking in front of apartment/home … to drive on lawn (no paved driveway) and park on lawn beside building.. no walkway to entrance.

Could use some updates but an otherwise cozy and comfortable place to stay. We had to cancel our last night due to an emergency back home. Liyan was understanding and accommodating.

Liyan is a super nice guy. He always answers the phone right away and honestly is the only Property Manager who has ever done that in all of the times I’ve been renting vacation rentals. Although the place was clean, there’s lots of visible deferred maintenance. There were issues with the refrigerator which Liyan addressed right away, (on Thanksgiving day no less) The front porch is lovely but it could use some paint or wood sealer on the wood. Liyan’s description of how to enter the property was crystal clear but the ground isn’t even so it’s a little hard to traverse. We absolutely love the keyless entry which made it super easy to enter and exit the unit. The bed was really comfortable. The surrounding property is very nice and there is a park right across the street. All in all we really enjoyed our stay and plan to see if it’s available again next spring. 👍👍👍👍

My family (and canine children) all enjoyed our stay tremendously. It’s a perfect set up for families with dogs, and away from all the growing negatives of Austin. If you are a clean freak better to look elsewhere ( at twice the price and 4 x’s the cleaning fees). The req center across the street had Pickleball- and the delightful Elgin players were very receptive to my newcomer daughters. The hot shower was fabulous after long days of activities.
