This was our 2nd stay here while in town to visit family. It is conveniently located near multiple family members and their homes so we didn't have to drive much to visit them after driving 18 hours from Louisiana. Our children love this house and it has enough beds for our family of 5 and then some. Hopefully the next time we visit it will be warmer weather so we can enjoy the water and make use of the kayaks.

Ryan’s home was stunning! A perfect place to stay while in town visiting my family. He checked in with us regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. Ryan was so welcoming and accommodating! Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay while in Chautauqua! Definitely will book again with him.

Despite the rainy weather we had in mid-October, our family getaway to Lake Chautauqua was wonderful! Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful home. The location was perfect for our plans... Southern Tier 0.5 miles, Panama Rocks 8 miles, Axcellent Axe Throwing 8 miles, Peek n Peak 23 miles, Bemus Point 6 miles. The neighborhood was safe & extremely quiet during the fall. Unfortunately we were not able to enjoy the outdoors, but the home was equipped with everything we could have wanted... 4 Kayaks, fishing poles, fire pit & 6 Adirondack chairs. The sunroom was wonderful in the morning to enjoy coffee & the 2 large comfy reclining couches were perfect after a day of hiking. This is one of cleanest airbnbs we've stayed in & the homeowner's communicate was amazing! We're only 2.5 hours away from Lake Chautauqua & we can't wait to go back in the summer to enjoy the water activities & more of the amazing food & drinks... Bemus Point Inn, Guppy's & Southern Tier.
