Bedroom 1 is large and has a comfortable queen size bed. There is also plenty of room to assemble the portable crib (located in the bedroom closet). Bedroom 2 has a comfortable queen size bed and a dedicated work space with desk and chair. These two bedrooms share one bathroom that has a shower / bear claw tub. Bedroom 3 is across the hall and has twin size beds. The room currently used as a dining space can be easily transformed into a 4th bedroom with a deluxe queen air mattress (and doors for privacy) - with the 2nd bathroom with a shower steps away. The kitchen is updated and fully-stocked with a keurig coffee maker, drip coffee maker, hot tea kettle, toaster, crockpot, blender, Brita water pitcher, and more. Just off the kitchen, you'll find a room currently used as a dining space with seating for 6. The 2nd bathroom and shower are just off the kitchen. There is a full-size washer and dryer located off the kitchen. You can enjoy your morning coffee on the large wraparound porch. The cottage also has a fully fenced in back yard for your pre-approved pets (up to 2). There is plenty of off-street parking: two cars can fit in the side driveway inside the gate and one car can fit in just in front of the gate.
