We have two small children so being so close to the beach without hauling extra beach stuff was amazing. We were closer to the water than expected! We enjoyed the area, it’s about a 10 minute drive to st Augustine. Being not in the heart of all the tourism was perfect for our family. It was so quiet and the views were amazing. We wish we didn’t have to leave! We did a ton of on shore fishing and the bite was great. We caught red fish, pompano, tons of cat fish. We did sun rise fishing and night fishing. We left behind the salt water fishing poles because we could not travel with them. If we ever visit St Augustine again this is the house we would book again for sure!

This place was an absolute dream for our family of six! We go on an annual beach vacation every year and this was our first time in St. Augustine. We all agree that this house was by far the best we have stayed in. It felt like our own private paradise. Right on the beach, with breathtaking views of the ocean, you could wake up and eat your breakfast on the deck listening to the waves or go out onto the beach just steps from the patio. It was so nice that we could watch the kids play on the beach from the deck. The fire pit, lower patio, seating, hammocks, and beach gear provided everything we needed for outdoor fun and relaxation. The house itself was set up beautifully, we were provided paper products, beach and bath towels, soaps for dishes, laundry, hands, I mean everything was so well thought out. The house was also very close to restaurants, a Publix, and downtown. This place had it all! We will surely be back again!

What a beautiful space! It was very open and comfortable. The large windows and enormous deck offered amazing views of the beach, ocean, sunrises, and we were even fortunate to view a nighttime lightening storm over the ocean! We have quite a few dietary restrictions so we cooked all of our own meals. We found the kitchen to be sufficient and the location of the house was less than 2 miles from a large grocery store. The house was clean, uncluttered, the beds and linens were very comfortable, and there were thoughtful amenities throughout the house. Alexander was fantastic to communicator -- so responsive and helpful.

Wonderful! Reminds me of my childhood visits to the beach. Very comfortable, retro yet modern conveniences. Great views and multiples outside areas to relax and visit. Great time and great memories made with my family.
