We have had the best time at Sumith’s place! Amazing cabanas with the dreamiest view all around! Incredible sunset view, mesmerising sunrise view and tea plantation on each side surrounded by mountains! Serene and very peaceful. Sumith himself is the nicest host and we will be highly recommending his place to all our friends! Already miss it and hope to come back soon!:)

My family had a wonderful three night stay at Sumith’s place. He is a warm and welcoming host who has created a unique experience in a beautiful part of Sri Lanka’s tea region that very few tourists get to experience. Sumith organised two fantastic day trips. If the weather is nice, don’t miss the opportunity to visit and swim at the local waterfalls. I would recommend this place to people who are looking to get away from the typical tourist trail.

We loved our stay at Sumith’s place. The views are breathtaking. The area is still undiscovered so there are almost no tourist - this is the real Sri Lankan experience (which is great before going to Ella 😉). Sumith showed us around the area where you can do lots of fun things around, such as hiking, visiting waterfalls, and doing tea/ cinnamon/ gem stone mining tours. Also, not the forget: the food is AMAZING. Didn’t find anything like it. The breakfasts and (Sri Lankan) dinners are out of this world. Thank you for the great times, Sumith. You are an amazing host with beautiful accommodation!
