Fantastic stay! We (3 adults and 2 kids aged 9 and 11) spent 4 days in Venice. The location was perfect, alongside a canal. Very quiet and peaceful but easily walkable to major sights. Market was just a few minutes walk away. Sitting on the terrace overlooking the canal was a great way to spend a few hours in the afternoon after sightseeing. Having a washer and dryer was great! Don’t forget to empty the water trap in the dryer when you dry your clothes! Benedetto was responsive and helpful with our questions. Would definitely stay here again the next time we are in Venice. 5 stars!

The location of this apartment was terrific!; right on the canal and very convenient. It was extremely clean and had a nice outdoor patio overlooking the canal. We felt very safe here. The only issue we encountered was that the middle bathroom shower did not stay hot for more than 2 minutes, whereas the back shower and kitchen had endless hot water. We had expected that there would be shampoo, body wash and laundry soap in the apartment as we encountered in our previous Airbnb stays, and we were surprised there was none. Overall this is a great place to stay.

The apartment was absolutely amazing. It is in a quiet part of Venice right on a canal. The private terrace was beautiful. We loved sitting outside there in the evening. It wasn't too far away from anything. Close enough to walk, but far enough away to not be overrun by tourists. We just wish we had more time to stay!

We (two couples) had a fabulous stay at this apartment. It was perfect in every way - as advertised, good space for two couples, clean, easily accessible on foot or by water taxi, close to all the main attractions, yet tucked away in a quieter neighborhood that makes every list of places to see. (Dorsoduro) Benedetto was an especially attentive host, helping us coordinate transportation to & from on travel days and answering all my (many!) questions ahead of time. He was accommodating on check in and gave us our privacy from then on out. The picturesque canal front location made coming back to the flat a uniquely special part of the overall experience. His wife, Adriana, was a most personable and knowledgeable tour guide as well. We loved our trip to Venice and both were instrumental in making it a perfect vacation. Many thanks.
