*SMALL SPACE* Serendipity is docked at an active marina with watermen and pleasure cruisers, nestled off the Chincoteague Bay. Sleeps up to 4 adults craving coastal tranquility. From the boat, the Chincoteague Bay is in view and ready to be explored. Enjoy a full spectrum of awe-inspiring coastal wetlands, historic downtown areas, and beaches all within a few minutes' drive. Truly, the perfect setting for a much deserved recharge. 35 Minutes from Ocean City, Assateague Is, and Chincoteague Is. Houseboats have small living quarters- please be prepared if you are a bigger person, or traveling with multiple people. Ceilings tend to be lower, amenities smaller (like toilets, sinks, and showers), and doorways skinnier.

stay in the Serendipity was an excellent experience for my family. the boat was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed! it was a really invaluable opportunity with a reasonable price to make unforgettable memories with my children.
This is such a peaceful place. Lovely location if you’re looking for a true escape from a big city. You will find rest and relaxation here. The boat was beautiful and as described! Perfect for a couple’s getaway. The stars were brilliant and particularly bright for star-gazing at night. Fire pit available. Overall so peaceful. Claire was responsive and attentive to a question we had. Lovely host! Highly recommend.
Is was a perfect experience
We had such a great time! The boat is so cute and the area is so quiet and peaceful it’s exactly what we were looking for. The boat was clean and exactly as described. My only recommendation is getting there in daylight as the walkway to the door is a little narrow! Overall such a fun experience and would definitely go back!

During business hours, Staff, watermen, pleasure cruisers, and seafood customers are often moving around the marina. At night, Only Houseboat guests on on premise. Very quiet at night, mostly farmland and wetlands.
