Excellent stay, the photos are unable to capture how gorgeous the views are from the lanai! Moment we entered I felt my vacation had started! Sitting on the lanai and watching the waves was so relaxing and peaceful, it’s exactly what I needed! The place came with plenty of amenities, including a rice cooker! Also lots of beach chairs and a cooler which were nice to use. There were plenty of beach towels, and we loved the in unit washer dryer to do repeat laundry loads conveniently! The location was perfectly close to the airport and sea experiences we booked and restaurants! i booked for 4 of us and it felt very roomy and not cramped at all! The hosts were incredibly responsive, helpful, and generous. Our favorite part was when some of us had a very late flight out, Chad allowed a late checkout to keep luggage stored and that allowed some of us to continue exploring the island up until their flight, which really saved the day!!! Loved our stay, would highly recommend and stay again!!

We will be back! Great place with amazing views, we really enjoyed the amenities and beach right on property with our kids. It was perfect for them to play in.

Chad’s place in Kona was awesome. It was very well stocked with everything you could need. The beds were super comfy, including the sofa bed. Great location on the water, and we loved watching the surfers & listening to the waves crash all night. Chad also had lots of great recommendations for things to do and places to eat & drink that were spot on! Would definitely stay here again. Mahalo!

Amazing oceanfront location. Couldn’t beat the view, perfect spot to watch the sunset. Chad provided some great restaurant recommendations and very responsive. A must stay.

great view of ocean from balcony, convenient parking, only 10 min by car to town with all markets & restaurents. Place was stocked with beach gears. We had a comfortable stay with family. Will come back again.
