Fabulous brand new basement suite in the desirable Pemberton Heights neighborhood in North Vancouver. The home has upgraded finishings, modern decor and a well appointed kitchen & bathroom. The radiant heating is wonderful during the cooler months. It truly felt like we were staying at a luxury hotel. The beds are comfortable with beautiful linens. The 2nd bedroom has a single bed over a full bed which was perfect for our kids, 8 & 13 yrs old. This is a well lit property with easy side entrance access. Conveniently located close to restaurants, Capilano Suspension Bridge, Grouse Mountain, hiking, public transportation and a 15 mins drive to downtown. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Giselle, the host, is very responsive and friendly. We hope to return at some point in the future.

Really great location. We stayed here for 4 nights with 4 adults and 2 kids and it was enough space. The place is private, new and had everything we needed. Relatively easy to walk to public transit to downtown. Lots of on street parking. We will definitely try to stay here again!

I cant say enough about this place. We were looking for a quieter spot away from the city and this was exactly what we needed. It was so close to Grouse Mountain and Capilano Bridge and a short drive into the city. The home itself was beautiful and clean, exactly as pictured. There was so much thought given to the little things like stocking coffee pods and a snack bar and even games and diapers in the guest room for our little one! I would’ve loved to extend our stay just to enjoy the comfort of this apartment a little longer! :)
