What a brilliant stay! We have never been so sad to leave SXM as we were this time at Villa Arawak. The home was perfect for our group of 7, and it was even better than described, and the property was even nicer than the photos in the listing. The clincher was the brilliant hostess from 100% Villas, Jahelle, who made everything easy - from getting in and out, late check-out, restaurant recommendations and bookings, all the way to organizing and booking cabs and lunch at a beach club in St Barth's. She was dynamite!!

Had a great stay in Villa Arawak for the week of christmas in 2023- the villa is lovely with 4 rooms, each with a king size bed, and a nice heated pool (which a friendly neighborhood iguana liked to sunbathe near :) ). The neighborhood is quiet, but its easy to get to cupecoy or marigot by car, and easy to walk to any of the 3 nearby beaches (which were absolutely stunning and were semi-private). Mehdi and the 100% villas team was friendly, responsive, and made check in and check out a breeze.

I cannot say enough great things about our experience with 100% Villas. Our concierge Julia was extremely helpful and friendly. The cleaning staff was lovely and the place looked amazing after each cleaning. We will book with them on our next rip and I highly recommend their services.
