Clean, comfortable, spacious and safe for single travellers! I would highly recommend for both short and long stays. I only stayed a few days, but the full kitchen, laundry, and extra supplies and cleaning tools would have made a stay of several weeks very convenient. The hosts were very responsive, checked in several times and made sure I had everything I needed. The building feels very secure, with two external doors opened with different codes. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

5 stars!!! The condo was absolutely beautiful and the location was great! Mick was very helpful and accommodating which we really appreciated! Will definitely be staying again during my next visit to Winnipeg!

The place was beautiful, neat and clean. The Host were always in contact and explained everything for check in very easily. Lots of restaurants and bar to explore nearby. We stayed there for two nights and it was a wonderful experience staying at the heart of exchange District. ❤️❤️ Will book again soon.

This was a great place to stay and in a central location that made it easy to walk to restaurants and by the river. The apartment was clean and just as it looked in the photos. Mick and Marilyn were very helpful with giving parking tips and restaurant recommendations.
