My family of 9 (6 adults, 2 toddlers, 1 infant) stayed here for 1 night during our wknd trip to Busch Gardens and Adventure Island. Chabu was an awesome host! Extremely responsive and super helpful when we got to the house and the crib wasn't there. He had one delivered to the door in 30 mins for our 8 month old baby grand. House looks exactly like the photos. Neighborhood was a bit busy and noisy but we felt very safe with all the cameras at the house. Our only small complaint was the beds/pillows/showers were not great but they aren't in a hotel either. Thanks again Chabu!

My family and I were very happy with the accommodations.The place was very clean and comfortable ,instructions were easy to follow .I will be happy to stay there again.

Took a birthday trip to Tampa and stayed at Chabu's place. Overall the stay was great and the house looks exactly like the pictures. The backyard is extremely peaceful. The only thing I would recommend is for you to bring your own washcloths because there were only towels provided so we had to purchase our own from a local store. Also be very cautious with flushing the toilet. There are signs that indicated only flushing toilet tissue due to possible clogging and if the toilet clogs and you aren't able to unclog it you may be charged. Other than that we had no issue during the stay. Although Chabu allowed early check in be sure to send a reminder about your check in time due to the code on the lock only working for the 3pm check in and not an early check in. Would definitely recommend this place minus the few issues addressed.
