We vacation up at the lake between Christmas and New Year’s every year for a family vacation. This place was perfect, plenty of room for everyone. Everything was as described and very clean. James was a great host and I highly recommend. Already booked for next year!

The house is large & open with a fantastic kitchen! We will probably stay again next time we're visiting family in the area. Highly recommend.

The house was beautiful and spacious for our party of 15 (4 generations). The beaches were great and the neighbors were all very friendly. More information initially about where to find the beaches and playground would have been helpful.

New and clean house. Plenty of room for everyone. Really liked the fact that every couple had their own full bathrooms. We went for the Laconia Bike rally so it was a nice benefit to have the garage to put in the motorcycles in. It was a little pricey, but I think it because we went during bike week. Over all it was nice, clean and it meet our needs.

The house is almost perfect for a quiet lake getaway. There are 4 bedrooms on the 3rd floor and one master bedroom on the main floor. All bedrooms are large and as pictured. There are no curtains on the windows which makes the rooms very bright especially in the summer when the sun rises extremely early. The listing states sheets and towels are not included which adds a lot to pack however when we arrived the beds were made. I would clarify before bringing your own especially if you are flying. The main floor is very spacious with plenty of seating for everyone. The community playground is huge and there is a large beach both about 20 minute walking or 3 minutes driving but also a small beach on the same street. Overall the house is great but curtains are needed for good sleep.
