Beautiful peaceful location, basic amenities, not very clean and seemed to be in the midst of a remodel. Front door lock only worked from outside, inside handle needs tightened with an Allen wrench. Luckily back door was convenient to use. Bathroom wasn't clean, found someone's razor in the shower. Kitchen backsplash separating from wall. Has potential to be amazing. We stayed 10 different places around Scotland, including Edinburgh town centre and across from Skye...this was the most expensive and most disappointing of them all.

Very nice home. Parking outside the door. Everything you need and only 10 minute drive to grocery shops. Great view. Peaceful once you got used to the trains on the bridge but was not a problem. If you are going in winter ask for heating to be put on. Once heating on it soon warmed up the rooms. If I’m ever in the area again I would stay here.

The location of the house with the water front and the view of the three bridges was spectacular. The house was clean and matched the description. I would really recommend the place.
