Erik was responsive and helpful from start to finish. The airbnb is right by Lake Sturgeon - a smaller inner road (for carrying the kayaks from the garage to the dock). The airbnb was well stocked, easy check in and clear instructions. 2 hours away from the GTA, a great get away for the weekend.

Erik was an amazing host to deal with. The place is as described on the listing but one thing I will say is that the pictures are a tad deceiving. It seems as if it’s direct waterfront however there is a road to cross in order to get to the dock. I guess this would be helpful to know if families with kids are looking to book. The road isn’t overly busy but there are cars that are passing through quite often. The place: very clean all around and a good amount of space. Great touch with the amenities that are offered with the kayaks. We also saw fishing rods in the garage but weren’t sure if they were allowed to be used so we didn’t use them. There is also a fire pit but we also didn’t see any fire wood which would have been a nice thing to have. Overall this a a great place and cozy. Erik could not have been any better in regards to communication and how friendly he was. He took his time to look into things I inquired about and was very quick to reply Thank you Erik for everything!

Place was very clean and spacious. Host was very responsive with flexible check ins. The dock was on a beautiful weed bed which was great for fishing. I caught a 3.5 lbs bass off the dock. My family enjoyed their stay!!

The place was beautiful! All 10 of my guests were comfortable inside and outside. Not too crowded for a lot of guests as there were a lot of seating areas inside. There is a lot of space to hang out in the backyard, front porch, and dock. All amenities that were listed were there. Erik responded quickly to any questions or concerns I had. We all had a great time!

Erik was extremely responsive, supportive and accommodating. The place was rather nice and right by the lake. We could not have been any happier with our stay and experience. Erik is an incredible host. I would definitely recommend the place and Erik as a host.
