Caroline was very helpful and responsive. I organised a stag group to stay here and was just what we wanted. Having the hot tub and outhouse were ideal for the group. Arranged for a meal to be cooked for us through caroline’s contacts and all worked out perfectly. Lots of beds and having three bathrooms helps with a big group. Would highly recommend staying here.

It’s a wonderful set up for our part of 19. It works well, house has all sleeping arrangements and kitchen, outside barn for everything is perfect

We had an amazing few days relaxing in the house, cottage and hot tub. Beautiful surroundings and easy to get into York for a lovely day trip. The house was just the right size for 10 of us. The only thing that could be improved was the level of cleanliness as there were quite a few sticky drinks rings around the cottage that we had to clean up ourselves

Great place with privacy, lots of space and great set up for fun with friends. Hot tub is big and external bar building is great. Short distance from Stamford Bridge for food/pubs/shops etc. Friendly host who was helpful for changes we needed to make and responsive. Would recommend to anyone!
