Fantastic place, really clean, bigger than we expected and it warmed up really quickly! Great communication from Simon and Cheryl with a helpful video for how to get to the lodge. Location was good - really quiet but not far from shops. It was lovely watching the birds and squirrels outside as well. There was everything you could need for your stay with so many little thoughtful touches, including plenty of toiletries and enough towels. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of storage with lots of hangers. We had a great stay and would highly recommend it.

We booked through Air BnB but basically dealt with a company called Travel Nest. They're okay to deal with I suppose. However, they passed me Simon's number, the lodge owner, who was just fantastic! He sent me detailed instructions how to find the lodge along with all the information I needed. Every host should take a leaf out of Simon's book and send a What.Three.Words! Makes life so much easier. The lodge itself was so beautiful! Super clean, everything was there that was needed with a few added dog treats which was lovely. You look outside onto a small green area but bird seed and bird houses have been strung up in the trees so the in-laws absolutely loved watching the wildlife that it drew in. Walking in the area is brilliant and plenty of places to nip to the shop close by. 30 mins to Sutton-on-sea to take the doggos for a run on beach. Cannot recommend this place enough, it's so peaceful and chilled. The 4 of us would not hesitate to return! Wonderful.

Lovely cabin, perfect site. Everything was so welcoming. Especially appreciated the doggy treats. Making it so dog friendly. Highly recommended. We all had a great time.
