Keeper's Room is a romantic studio with 1 bath , electric fireplace, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker with provided coffee and teas, DishTV, DVD player and free WiFi. 23 acre Outdoor Museum, Light Station Store and Indoor Museum housed in the historic 1896 Fog Signal Building are open 10 to 3:30 daily (4:30 p.m. Memorial Day weekend thru Labor Day). Visit the Fog Signal Building and talk to a Museum Associate to arrange for Lighthouse Tower Tours. This is not a pet-friendly unit. This romantic and intimate 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit at the back of the Head Keeper's House was part of the home that used to house the Head Lightkeeper and his family when the Lighthouse required onsite management. Our Keeper’s Room has recently been upgraded with new headboard, nightstands and reading lights, new table and chairs for the sitting area and a wall unit housing the new mini-fridge/freezer combo and microwave. It is a comfortably-furnished, cozy room about the size of a standard Hotel room. The Keeper's Room has 1 Queen bed with a very comfortable Tempur-Pedic mattress, a full bath, electric fireplace, and a small sitting area with a table and 2 chairs. The Keeper's Room does not have a kitchen but does include a microwave, mini-fridge/freezer combo and coffee maker with provided coffee and teas. This is our most romantic and intimate vacation cottage and has one of the best views of the Lighthouse itself, right out your front door. Perfect for 1 or 2 people looking for unparalleled views of the Lighthouse and rugged North Coast. The Pacific Ocean is out your front door, the coastal mountain range and Manchester State Beach are just to the east and you are only a few steps away from the Point Arena Lighthouse Tower. A complimentary bottle of Husch wine and Mendocino Chocolate Company chocolates will be waiting in your room. There is plenty of parking just across the road. Your stay includes unlimited access to our 23 acre Outdoor Museum. The Light Station Store and Indoor Museum housed in the historic 1896 Fog Signal Building are open 10 & 3:30 daily. Tours of the Lighthouse Tower can be arranged, visit the Fog Signal Building during business hours and talk to a Store Associate. Tours are conducted around every 20 minutes with the first Tour at 10:15 a.m. and the last around  4 p.m. Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day, 3 p.m. the rest of the year. This is not a pet-friendly unit.
